The Code of Conduct expresses the commitments and ethical responsibilities in conducting
business undertaken by the Group.
The Code of Conduct is applicable in every country where the Group operates and to
everybody is interacting with, as for collaborators and consultants as well as other third parties, as
suppliers, for whom the adherence to the provisions and principles contained therein is binding for the
stipulation of any type of contracts with the Group, also based on a temporary relationship.
Any behavior or situation in conflict with the Code of Conduct can be reported by using
the Disclosure Hotline. It is a whistleblowing tool complying with the best practice and ethical
compliance policies and including dedicated and secure channels (telephone lines and a web portal) to
report ethical breaches.
These channels are managed by an external independent company, NAVEX Global, which has a
binding mandate to protect the identity of all who use the Hotline. All the received information will
be managed in absolute confidentiality, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
