The scope of maintenance of the oil cooler mainly includes: regular cleaning of the condenser filter, replacement of the suction port filter, as well as regular replacement of the hydraulic oil in the tank of the hydraulic station, as well as the oil level of the hydraulic oil.
Oil cooler maintenance check operation instructions
a. Note that the conditions provided by the power supply should be in line with the requirements for the use of the oil cooler.
b. The oil cooler is suitable for hydraulic oil of No.32 or No.46, for the use of hydraulic oil with oil number more than No.46, attention should be paid to whether the oil cooler meets the requirement of oil marking, if necessary, please contact with the manufacturer to confirm.
c. Regularly check the oil level in the oil tank, the oil cooler shall not be operated without oil or less oil, if the oil circuit is found to be not smooth or the oil pump does not operate, the reason shall be checked and the fault shall be removed before it is operated.
d. Regularly check the oil filter screen and clean it if necessary.
e. The air inlet/outlet of the oil cooler must not be blocked by obstacles, and the space distance between the air inlet/outlet must meet the requirements for use.
f. Check the surface of the finned condenser filter at least once a week, observe whether there is dust or oil stains, if necessary, the condenser filter should be taken out and rinsed with clean/warm water. If there are oil stains on the filter mesh, it must be cleaned with detergent. After cleaning, the oil should be wiped dry or put in a cool place to dry and then put back to the original place. If there is much dust on the surface of the condenser fins which affects the air intake, the condenser fins must be brushed or blown away with compressed air to maintain good condensing effect (note that the fins must be cleaned by brushing or blowing along the gap of condenser fins from the top to the bottom, and the fins must not be made to fall down).
g. Before the oil cooler is placed for a long time and reused or after using it for a longer period of time (about half a year), the surface of the condenser fins should be checked to see if they are blocked by dust or dirt.
h.The working condition of the oil pump and motor should be paid attention to at any time. When the oil pump or motor is found to have abnormal noise or high temperature in operation, the work of the oil pump should be stopped immediately, and the oil circuit system should be checked or the manufacturer should be notified.
i.Regularly check the insulation of compressor, fan and oil pump to ensure reliable use.
j.According to the oil quality in the oil tank, it is recommended that the oil circuit system must be fully inspected and cleaned every 3 to 6 months.
k. The best working temperature range of the oil circulating in the oil cooler is 25~50℃, when the oil temperature is lower than 25℃, the viscosity of the oil increases, and the oil cooler can't play out the best working efficiency.
l. In use when the oil temperature exceeds 55-60 degrees, you should check whether the machine starts. Whether there is a malfunction or cooling filter clogging, or the ambient temperature is too high to dissipate heat cooling efficiency is reduced.
m.The working ambient temperature of the unit is 5~43℃, when the ambient temperature exceeds 43℃, the refrigeration efficiency of the oil cooler decreases. Please improve the ambient temperature in time.
n. When the surface of the oil cooler is dirty, it should be scrubbed with a soft cloth moistened with neutral detergent or soap solution.
o.Please make sure to disconnect the power supply during routine maintenance and inspection.
