The oil cooling unit is composed of a refrigeration system, an oil circulation system, and an electrical control system. After the equipment starts, the refrigeration system operates to dissipate heat and cool down, while the oil is pumped into the evaporator of the refrigeration system (brazed plate heat exchanger) by the circulating oil pump. Inside, a fluorine-oil heat exchange mode is employed, absorbing the oil's temperature into the refrigeration system. The compressed gas is then expelled by the condenser through the fan, achieving the purpose of lowering the temperature of the circulating oil.

Refrigeration System:  Similar to the principle of air conditioning cooling, it consists of the compressor compressing high-pressure exhaust → the condenser dissipating heat → the throttling device → the evaporator absorbing low-pressure heat → and returning to the compressor to cycle and achieve the cooling purpose.
