To build a professional and efficient sales team, Dongxu Hydraulics organised a three-day specialised training programme on product knowledge and sales skills from 29th to 31st July 2025. This initiative aimed to infuse the team with professional expertise and lay a solid foundation for the company's future performance growth.

This training focused on two core products, air coolers and oil coolers, and the content was both professional and practical. During the training, not only were the product characteristics, technical advantages, applicable scenarios, and after-sales handling of air coolers and oil coolers explained in depth, giving sales personnel a more comprehensive and thorough understanding of the products, but practical case studies and simulated sales scenarios were also used to teach targeted sales techniques, helping sales personnel better understand customer needs and increase the closing rate.

To assess the effectiveness of the training, the company organised an evaluation test immediately after the training ended. Mr. Li personally supervised the exam, demonstrating the company's emphasis on the training and adding to the solemnity of the exam venue.
